As you know ,There are many customers who ask for samples everyday,
which led to a large amount for us ,So the sample we have to take
the sample fee and carriage forward to your account!
2£®pricing:
Pricing just for your reference of our price levels, which is subject
to change without notice as well as our final confirmation before
acceptance of your orders.
For larger quantity of an item please contact your customer service
representative for special
we reserve the right to ship and bill up to 20% over or under the
ordered quantity;
order quantity may not be changed unless in writing and agreed upon

all orders must be in writing, errors resulting from hand written
orders are ascribed to the distributor
any changes or modifications to orders must also be in writing

slight variations may however, occur during the photo process ,
we are not responsible for variations in color , if color is important
, please ask for a product sample for approval

directly to explorer, faxes will not be accepted , only originals;

4£®delivery time
First important factor to advance time of delivery
Our production dept .only arranges all orders in strict rotation
of time of receiving T/T deposit or C.O.D. The quicker you organize
payment , the sooner the delivery time will be.
Second important factor to advance time of delivery:
If your order does not require any logos screen printing or embroidery,
it is more convenient for us ; but if your order requires logos
screen printing of embroidery, please manage to scan your art works
(logo)and send it to us by email .the format of the artwork must
be JPG or BMP .which save a lot time
Third important factor to advance time of delivery:
please respond or forward your customers' comments on upon you receive
our counter samples. Which can be allowed us time to make any improvement
in case that our first sample can not be approved.
For orders with quantity less than 5000 pcs,our delivery time is
15 days after received the T/T deposit or C.O.D payment received
notice
For orders with quantity up to 10000pcs,our delivery time is 15
to 20 days after T/T deposit or C.O.D payment received notice
5. Packing
Following packing statistics are only for your gross freight calculation

1 doz per polybag;2doz per inner box; 12 doz per export carton ;

6. Term of payment
About payment terms we accept 30% T/T deposit after documents ready
the rest of 70% T/T five days before the shipment;
No matter value is big or small ,we all prefer T/T because it is
easy , fast and convenient!
